1. Production workflow

SoftEmblem does not rely on electroplating. We start with a pre-made metal-like film stack composed of PET, a decorative PVC or resin layer, PMMA and ABS. The composite film is heated and hot-stamped into the required shape, producing a brilliant metallic surface without chromium baths, acid pickling or heavy-metal sludge. After shaping, logos, model names, gradients and multi-color details are added by screen printing, which gives precise control over Pantone, RAL and custom color matching.
