1. Advanced Composite Material Film

The foundation of our lettering is a pre-made, metal-like film designed for maximum durability. We utilize a high-performance stack of four essential materials:

• PMMA (Acrylic): The top layer that provides a "deep-sea" gloss and protects the emblem from UV yellowing.

• PET: A high-tensile carrier layer that ensures the letters maintain their shape and don't warp under engine heat.

• PVC or Resin: The flexible core that gives the letters their "soft" memory, allowing them to bend around curved trunk lids or fenders.

• ABS: The layer responsible for the authentic metallic luster, mimicking polished chrome or brushed aluminum.

2. Precision 3D Hot Stamping

Instead of traditional injection molding, which is slow and expensive, we utilize hot stamping. The composite film is heated and pressed into a custom 3D mold. This process "sculpts" the film into raised letters with sharp, clean edges and a tactile depth that catches the light like solid metal.

3. Vibrant Screen Printing

To achieve specific brand colors or deep, opaque blacks, we apply industrial screen printing. This technique allows for:
